How Mark does it

The bit you don't see.

One person accountable

On a bigger job Mark brings in a team, but he runs it himself. The person who quotes is the person responsible for the finish.

Fixing other people's work

A common commercial job is putting right a floor someone else has laid badly. That means taking it back to a sound base and doing it properly, rather than patching over the problem.

Based in Exeter, Mark covers all of Devon. See more recent projects, or read what customers say.
