Privacy notice

What MH Tiling collects

When you ask for a quote, MH Tiling collects what you give: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of job, how you heard about Mark and any details you add, plus the page you sent the form from. If you call, text or WhatsApp, Mark will have your number and whatever you send, including photos of the space.

Why it's used

Only to reply to your enquiry, quote for the work and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry it out. Your details aren't sold, added to a mailing list or passed to anyone to market to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and MH Tiling's legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

Who else handles it

How long it's kept

Only as long as it's needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to keep the business records the law requires.

Analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and clicks on the call, WhatsApp and quote buttons, so MH Tiling can see which pages help people get in touch and improve the site. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build a profile of you and isn't used for advertising, and the figures are only seen as totals. You can turn it off for this browser at any time:

This website doesn't set cookies. If you turn analytics off, your browser remembers that choice locally. Links to Google, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details MH Tiling holds about you, correct them or have them deleted. Just get in touch using the details above. If you're unhappy with how your details have been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
