Privacy notice

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), postcode, the type of job and any details you add. If you call, text or WhatsApp, we'll have your number and whatever you send, including photos of the space.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, quote for the work and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry it out. We don't sell your details, add you to a mailing list or pass them to anyone to market to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

Who else handles it

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to keep the business records we're required to keep.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies or tracking. Links to Google, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Just get in touch using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
