Black & Gold Marble Ensuite

An ensuite tiled in black and gold marble-effect porcelain, set against white Calacatta-style walls and brushed brass fittings. Large-format tiles keep the grout joints to a minimum, so the veining reads as one continuous surface.

The detail

Every exposed edge, including the window reveal, is mitred rather than finished with trim, so the pattern wraps round the corners instead of stopping at a metal strip. It takes longer to cut, and it's the difference between tiled and finished.
